If you need to cancel your reservation, please call us @ 435-438-2924 before the deadlines below to receive a refund of your deposit, less a $20 administrative cancellation fee.

RV & Tent Sites: You must give 7 days cancelation notice. Call by 4 p.m., 7 days before your scheduled arrival.
Lodging & Accommodations: You must give 14 days cancelation notice. Call by 4 p.m., 14 days before your scheduled arrival.
Cancelation Details: Reservations made after these deadlines require nonrefundable deposits. Cancelations made after the deadlines will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.• No refunds are given due to the discomforts of nature, including no-shows and early checkouts.
