MT GILEAD KOA CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR CAMPSITES AND CABINS: We follow the KOA national policy, which is listed below under "Cancellation Deadlines" and "Cancellation Details"

CAMPSITES (RV & TENT) 7 DAYS

Canceling OUTSIDE of the seven (7) days of your check-in date will result in a $20 cancellation fee.

Canceling OR MOVING DATES INSIDE of seven (7) days of your check-in date will result in forfeiting your entire site deposit. THIS INCLUDES VIP MEMBERS.

CABINS 14 DAYS

Canceling OUTSIDE of fourteen (14) days from your check- in date will result in a $20 cancellation fee
Canceling OR MOVING DATES INSIDE of fourteen (14) days will result in forfeiture of the entire site deposit. THIS INCLUDES VIP MEMBERS
Cabin Cancellation policy pertains to both holiday and non-holiday reservations

HOLIDAYS (Memorial, 4th of July, Labor Day)

Moving dates inside of 7 days (campsites) or 14 days (cabins) is the same as canceling and will result in forfeiture of entire site deposit. This includes VIP members.
